“I don't typically leave reviews, but I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service provided by Alina C, the Espresso Parts Customer Service Specialist who helped me with a product issue from the factory. The response to my issue was incredibly thoughtful and it completely turned around what could have been an otherwise disappointing experience with the product and its manufacturer. Espresso Parts has a new regular customer, thank you!”

“Portafilter / Grouphead gasket kit is a good fit for my Quickmill Vetrano machine ... but 1. the $8 part cost $20 to ship to me here in Hawaii; 2. the thickness is less than the original part so my portafilter handle no longer sits at 6:00 o'clock (more like 4:15 o'clock), and if some grease is intended to help seal the gasket, why not include a small amount of it in the kit?”
