“Accurate information on website, helpful customer service, parts fit expresso maker beautifully. Shipping was done quickly. However, it did take quite a while for receipt of items. If you are in a hurry, it may require expedited shipping. Overall, very pleased.”

“We have two Rancillio Silvias which I purchased new around 2006 and with parts that you have supplied, we have been able to keep both operational and one is always used daily. I do not really need a spare, but I have one. Appreciate you being available and willing to advise on repairs. This not the first time we have used you and I am sure it will not be the last. Jim”

“We were looking for a very specific coffee cup in a very specific color (notNuetral Lino in dark blue). Espresso Parts was the only place that had our cups. Ordering was fast and easy. Shipping was smooth. Most importantly, the packaging was so very safe that a delivery driver couple have dropped it on our front step from four feet and the cups would have been fine. Highly recommend Espresso Parts.”
