“Perfect replacement. But no instructions on how to replace the part. Had to go to internet to figure it out.”

“Not a fan, over packaged and not very efficient. Could have been sent in a letter envelope. Instead 1 thin gasket was sent in a huge mailer that probably could have held 500-1000. When shipping cost 2x - 10x the item cost you should probably think about shipping different.”

“Excellent service and had exactly what I needed for my old espresso grinder. I messed up the shipping information and they were very helpful getting it fixed and it did not effect my two day shipping. Speedy delivery. Will definitely use them again!”
