“The part I bought was ~$1.60... shipping was ~$13.... Instead of just putting it in to a envelope and shipping it that way ... You charge me a premium for shipping and I didn't even get a kiss. I understand it was my decision to buy the part and my decision to chose ground but from my knowledge that was the cheapest option. I wish more care was placed on my order even though it was under $5.”

“Shipped a seal in a huge envelope at a cost of around $12.00. was going to order another but the shipping is ridiculous. It could have been stuck in a letter envelope for 90% less.”

“I bought an item before a special deal happened. I contacted Espresso Parts after seeing the deal and asked if I could change my order and receive the deal. After one email I had the extra item from the deal shipped to me at no cost! Great customer service!”

“Had some confusion with shipping, then turned out did not need the part. The girl I spoke to on the phone understood exactly what the problem was and explained what your protocol is for returns. Super helpful and great phone edicate. I've used you in the past and this was the best experience yet. wish I could remember that persons name because she was great”
