“I got exactly the parts I needed very quickly, but be careful about shipping costs, especially if you are in Canada. I paid $38 shipping on six portafilter gaskets that were normally about $6 each and then I paid another $22 in customs COD on the shipment.”

“I found the website easy to navigate and their prices were very reasonable. They have a wide variety of products that are state of the art. If you do have a problem with an item as we did, with a broken espresso shot glass, they replaced it immediately. I recommend them to everyone in the business!”

“As a busy drive through coffee shop we panicked a little when one of our portafilter baskets cracked so we couldn’t use it. Our portafilter was also ancient so I found Espresso Parts and ordered a new portafilter. I had a little trouble finding the right basket for our machine so I emailed Espresso Parts and got a response within a day, ordered the parts they suggested and within a few days we had our parts and were back in business.”
