“I was needing a replacement handle and saw on Espresso parts that they carried a similar product. I reached out to see if they might be able to find the part I was needing. Their customer service specialist, Alina C, kindly responded that they did not carry the part but gave me contact information to continue to pursue my need. Then less than a week later she reached out to say they would be able to provide it. I purchased it that day and received it less than a week later. I was very pleased with the customer service provided. Thank you Alina.”
