“Needed to find a complete E61 group head for my Old Rocket Giotto which had been poorly serviced by yours truly over two decades. When I finally took it apart, it was caked in calcium and copper deposits which were too far gone to salvage. Found a possible solution at espresso parts, and emailed asking if it would fit my model. Although there was no definite answer, Alina told me that she would work with me and as long as I was careful, I could send it back if it didn’t fit. Thankfully, it did fit and along with a new gasket, had me up and running within 15 minutes of my getting it in the mail. Ordering was easy, even got a discount by entering the code on the website and shipping came quicker than expected. Would definitely order from espresso parts again!”

“I was having trouble on the website getting the discount code to work. Called and Bret figured out how to make it work. We just got the capaccino cups a few days ago and we love them. We are coffee cup snobs if there is such a thing and these are thick which keeps the coffee warm and the handles are a perfect fit.”

“I had to replace a Hario bowl. When I ordered it the Yama bowl top ring was to big for the Hario vacumn coffee beaker so I ordered a Yama beaker - fits great and now I have a new vacumn coffee maker. Had coffee this morning. YES!!!”
