“My cups and saucers arrived extremely well packaged. They are of a high quality. I’m am very happy with my purchase. My only complaint isthat they came in two different deliveries about a week apart.”

“Never had issues with espresso parts. On the other hand the acaia pearl is garbage. A total waste of time and money. You can set espresso mode, but the timer never starts. Tried to update firmware failed to load, couldn’t recognize the scale. Do yourself a favor and pass on any Acaia.”
