“Fast shipping with one caveat- USPS took an unusual path to my location, adding a couple days to the delivery time. But this wasn’t the fault of Espresso Parts. EP did have the item in stock and it was packed well.”

“I was pleased with the communication from Expresso Parts. The shopping experience was spot on. No complaints. However, I had ordered a glass canister and received a solid black canister instead. As it turns out, I prefer the black canister over the original glass canister. So, I gave an five star review for excellent mind reading and anticipating my change of heart.”

“Iten is slightly different than OEM part. It still works fine, but because of the incerased width of the grated portion, the coffee brewing has to change, and it makes it slightly harder to get the correct strong flavor.”
