“You folks are super. Great advice is always provided . Your pricing seems to always be less than competitors. Orders are received very quickly . This last order an item was by mistake not included. I notified you and am told that this item is now en route. Thank you very much .”

“Had some confusion with shipping, then turned out did not need the part. The girl I spoke to on the phone understood exactly what the problem was and explained what your protocol is for returns.
