“No problem with the policy but they failed to put the right details on my insurance documents and then tried to charge me £26 to correct them. There is a standard admin charge of £26 for any changes, including change of address so be aware of that.”
“Notification of the accident was a good process. But after that Esure was slow and has still not notified me of the outcome, 6 months later. Two months after making the claim they wrote to me to say they had "forgotten" to ask me to complete another document, thereby losing time.

“Needed adjustment to my policy like increasing my excess and for that reason my monthly quote should fall a little but instead was quoted higher for no good explanation. Hence wouldn't recommend esure. The purchase process was fairly easy on go compare but have not liked customer service experience with esure.”

However they were quite able to take 300 pounds out of my account.”
