“when I made a claim on my policy ,after notifying Esure I never heard no more about what was happening until the claim was settled and paid. I would have liked to have known about what was happening. When I rang esure they (you) said it wasn`t worth arguing as the bill was only £300. the accident wasn`t entirely my fault, but I won`t go into that”
“Excellent company to deal with. No fuss when I was changing cars and able to give me what I needed. Shame I had to leave as their price on renewal was not competitive. I will definitely go back if I can get a better quote next year.”
“Not so much a claim against my policy, I was involved in a rearend shunt not my fault and my car was written off but ensure sorted everything out for me.......”
“Made a claim due to vandalism, unable to drive car because wing mirrors were removed. Was told couldn't get a courtesy car for 5 days as weather has been bad and lots of other claims have the cars already. So we receive substandard service because they have a lot of claims. They told me first come first served on courtesy car to which I replied...."I'm sorry, I should have left a note asking the vandal to wreck my car before in better weather". It's surely not my fault they are using a repairer that don't have enough vehicles. Only just renewed taken the policy out. Can't wait to move companies already............Shocking treatment!!!”
“we'll what can one say! I find eure , easy to use easy to speak to! quality for money. what eles do you want out of an insurance provider. name speaks for itself!”
“I had an accident end of December where I was not a fault and Esure were taking the claim on behalf of the third party insurance company. In January I had been on the phone to Esure, the third party company, two car hire companies and my Solicitors all in one day (a service I pay Esure to do). They then emailed me later that day to say the car was a write off, will be valued and scrapped and they will let me know what the value is. The next day, they sold the car in a private auction.
It wasn't until my 3rd email, and a complaint later in mid February that I found this out through the third party insurance company. Huge lack of communication. They then sent me a cheque of £200 out of a goodwill gesture. I needed a car, so repaired my old car I had sitting in a garage and went to change my car on the policy that had 6 months left. They charged me £241 extra just to change cars. I have never had an issue with Admiral (I changed last year as Esure offered a better price) and I was shocked that they not only have recouped their "goodwill gesture" back, but also made more money from me. I would avoid Esure at all costs and I will not be renewing.”
“The biggest issue I had with them was when a previous company that I was insured with had provided me duff details where they had put through a claim when there had been no claim, just notification of an incident but they (old company) had put it through as a claim.
Got it sorted, but caused me more aggro than it was worth for sure.”
