"AVOID \r\nBeen with esure for more than 5 year. Had none fault accident. They provided me with a hire car. Everything was going well till I found out I had to return my hire car after 21 days so I requested to extend my hire car as my claim still not settled. Esure said they authorised on 19\/12\/2024 for me to keep the hire car till 03\/01\/2025. ( I got proof of that) \r\n\r\nI get a phone call from enterprise asking me to give them the hire car back today 24\/12\/2024. And I owe them \u00a3296 as esure never authorised for me to keep the car till 03\/01\/2025. I spent hours n hours on phone to esure but didn\u2019t get any where (24\/12\/2024).\r\nAll I got YOU NEED TO RETURN THE CAR TO ENTERPRISE. You should have given the hire car back to enterprise on 20\/12\/2024. \r\nReally disappointed with esure and I will be taking an action against them. \r\n I had to pay \u00a3417 today so I can keep the hire car till 27\/12\/2024. \r\nMY CLAIM STILL NOT SETTLED. \r\nNo one should have to deal with this on Xmas eve."

"They linked my account with my boyfriend\u2019s car insurance policy from years ago because we lived at the same postal address. Because of this I could never log in to my account with my email address, despite repeated calls and promises that they had referred the problem to their IT dept. After months of this I finally cancelled my policy today and started a new one with Sheila\u2019s wheels, only to find out they are the same company, so I still couldn\u2019t log in! They then tried to charge me \u00a326 to cancel a policy I\u2019d had for less than an hour, thankfully I stuck to my guns and they agreed to pay me the full amount. This is a huge security problem, if I wasn\u2019t still with my partner it would be a massive problem! In over a year I have never once been able to view my documents, and when I call I have to pretend I don\u2019t have my policy number otherwise the automated system sends an email to get through which I obviously can\u2019t open! Avoid this company they are just scum."
