“I am a new driver so needed cheap insurance, but it came to be a horrible experience when made a claim. Almost a year ago gone and I still am waiting for a deposit of £250. Communication terrible. I had to prompt them to do anything. It took me about 5 months to get money of the claim. Almost 3 weeks for a curtesy car... Just bad.”
