they put my brand new car into Cat B just because the airbag was deployed. i checked with 5 engineers including a BMW engineer they all told me it should be Cat N or S. but they kept ignoring. i have received invoice from bmw ,which was 7200£. esure engineer price was 15000+. i think they are thinging they are better then manufacturers.. f.. a. h
