“I cannot fault the service I received from esure when another esure-insured driver skidded into my car. Before I had even had a chance to report the accident, esure contacted me and within half an hour their nominated garage were in touch to arrange the repair. The claims staff were extremely efficient, professional and sympathetic and really helped the whole process run smoothly. Apart from organising for the repair company to collect my car and deliver a courtesy car, I have not had to do anything. The repair was done quickly and apparently to a good standard.”

“Didyou know when yout take out Esure 24 hour emergency this does not inclue electrics Yes we should read but doesnt cover the most important thing in house??? Had a flood plumber said get eletrician as soon as He phoned esure told me to do same Elecrician cant come for 24 hours till it dries oh and you have to pay me £79 Funny that just phoned a spark who came straight away disconnected problem now let it dry will be back to replace Seems your covered by everything with insurance now except what you claim for Rib off Britain”
“AVOID!! The company is a complete joke, 1 of their customers damaged my van I had to loose a day in work to take it to get repaired, so I wanted to claim loss of earnings so they asked me to provide 3 months of pay slips, I provided over 4 months & they couldn’t accept that as enough proof, they are a complete bunch of cowboys who are useless!!”

“My car was damaged by a driver covered by esure, in good faith I agreed to Esure to repairing the car, they did not repair it as the electronic tailgate fails to work.
They are now saying that was pre-existing (basically calling me a liar) even though I have diagnostics from an official Audi dealer.
If someone drives into you insured by Esure, PLEASE use your own insurance provider for the repair, otherwise it may cause you considerable distress.”

I would not recommend Esure in any way. Their processes are shocking. Obviously it's not every day you're involved in a car accident so it would be helpful if the company kept you up to date with what's happening. In the 4 weeks since someone went through a red light and smashed into my car, I have been contacted by Esure once. When I've phoned them for an update, they just tell me they're waiting to hear from the other insurance company. I asked today if they could chase them up and I was told it could take up to 6 months to resolve. Obviously the words proactive and customer service don't mean much to Esure!”

Very poor in keeping me informed and updated, wouldn't advise using this company very very poor customer care skills.”
