“They managed to get it right the second time I ordered 4 wheel bolts and I drove to pick them up When I got home to fit them it was obvious that the picker was in a rush and had sent 3 correct and one for the wrong sort of car completely I had to ring up and request a special delivery to my house”

“The part (rear light casing for Dacia duster) didn't fit my model, even though the website suggested it did. Unfortunately there's no picture of it on the site so difficult to know for sure without seeing it. It also wasn't supplied with any fixings, not sure if this was an oversight or not. Tried to start a returns process online but their page doesn't work and there was no returns note included in the delivery, the website returns page suggested on the invoice doesn't exist. Have sent it back via courier and hoped for the best. All in all not a great experience this time. Usually they're very good.”

“Usually okay but difficult when app won’t let you checkout and store can’t match app discount long story short found a far cheaper supplier with free next day delivery store needs to accept online discount if unable to do online ordered parts previously and refunded as out of stock in all branches then asked to return parts that were never sent”
