Bedford euro car parts is terrible. Last couple of times I have been I have regretted it the wait for most people for their order was 45-60 minutes. 2 members did everything whilst half a dozen members of staff were stood outside smoking and chatting to the female delivery drivers.

Wait times at the Swindon collection point are ridiculous. We gave up after half an hour of the man at the desk talking to one customer with roughly 15 to be seen for collecting their orders.

The first time I visited the Que was by the door 1 member off staff working,the waiting time was over half an hour this was not good for me as I had kids in the car,the lady was very helpful and apologetic tho. Second time I went the Que was out the door and was told that 2 members of staff working weekends but again only 1 this waiting time was minimum 40 mins which again is not great,again staff member was helpful

price on the part was double the price of everywhere else butI required on the same day so had to pay the price. When I went to collect(click and collect) they said it was not in branch despite the email saying order was ready to collect 😡 ended up having to go back the following day to collect the part which meant I lost 2 days work due to their incompetent in keeping their stock levels correct 😡 WILL NOT BE USING EURO CAR PARTS AGAIN!!!

WARNING to Renault Captur owners...windscreen wipers....I dont think it is Europarts that deserve such a low rating from me...I purchased replacement blades made by Boschat the Maidstone branch, and they had them in stock. The box indicated that I had the correct part but none of the choice of 4 fittings within the box provided fitted my Renault Captur, even though the outside of the box indicated that it would, as did the instruction leaflet inside the box. I took them to my local garage mechanic, he knew immediately that the problem is not with Europart - but Europart should have known that they were supplying stuff that wouldnt work. The staff were spot on, and cheerful. Now I will have to return them and get my money back and go to a Renault agent who are the only suppliers of windscreen wippers for a 2016 Renault Captur - fellow owners take note!

I returned 2 items from the same order and only received a refund for one. I have not heard from the depot in the last 3 days since I spoke to them and they said they would come back to me the same day. Disappointing service.

Repearwd light for 308Peugeot It didn't fit, we broke it in the attempt so unable get a refund. Now waiting for the genuine part from Peugeot. My car is off the road as it will be an MOT failure.

I didn't receive any notification of when my order was arriving. And when it did arrive there was no knock on the door and it wasn't even in a box or bag it was all separate items left with the paperwork left beside it .

There is never any parking as your vans are in the customer spaces making it very difficult to collect orders. The colleagues who serve on the desk never seem happy, I was greeted with a ‘yep’ rather than a hello how are you. Basic changes would make me use you more than your competitors who do have easy parking and happier staff.

Ordered two items on click and collect but my local branch lost one of them in the stock room so I could only collect one. I could hear the staff saying “I saw that come in. It’s somewhere. Tell him it hasn’t arrived”

BOUGHT ONLINE TO COLLECT IN STORE EASY PICKED THE UNIT UP EMPTY STORE 2 EMPLOYEES AT THE TILLS EASY SHOULD FLY THROUGH I THOUGHT WAS PROCESSED AT THE TILL IN LESS THAN A MINUTE THE WAITED 15MINS FOR SOMEONE TO BRING THE GOODS OUT. WHAT A POINTLESS EXERCISE YOUR CLICK AND COLLECT IS

I needed some brake pads for my car. Using your website I entered the car's registration number and the site came up with the correct details of the car make, model and year. I ordered the pads the site identified and the pads were delivered quickly. Unfortunately they were not the correct pads for the car. I then had to make a 34 mile round trip to return the pads for a refund.

I was told parts were ready for collection but on arriving at the branch in Uxbridge on 4 of 5 spark plugs ordered had arrived. This meant my having to come back the next day.

Very good service and price. The problem is with pick up. Parking very limited on their forecourt and if you stop anywhere else on site even very briefly you get a parking ticket. I did and it’s £100, made for a very expensive car battery.
