My first visit to Euro car parts wasn't a great experience. I ordered a battery for click and collect, but it was the wrong size. Upon returning to exchange for another I was met with the most rude and curt part's Girl. If I was to act like that in front of a customer in my workplace I'd be sacked. Definitely in need of some Customer Training.

Wrong parts delivered, returned to store and correct parts were not available so had to buy a different brand. Original parts were ordered with a 20% online discount & store would not honour online discount for replacement parts even though they were at fault for the original wrong parts. Becareful when collecting parts as they don't appear to have any process for checking parts are correct before dispatch.

The last 3 orders ive had no confirmation message or email with my order reference etc. A pretty poor service in all

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and queue was 7 persons long (got to 13 persons long by the time I had left). Was taking at least 5 minutes for each customer so I was in the store for 35 whole minutes for a click and collect. Not sure why service took so long. Two stars once I was finally served, the chap behind the counter was very courteous.

Too overpriced. Ditch the constant silly sale codes. Stop giving out wrong part after entering the registration number

Initially we were very impressed with the speed and the product however we have since found the filter has faulted as the lining has torn in the pool. 3 days I’ve now been trying to contact the store, I just cuts me off each time I get to the waiting point. Very frustrating after going through all the options.

Normally very pleased with the service accorded me my Euro. On this occasionthe system failed when brake discs ordered were wrong size, despite having car details and causing delay in getting repairs organised Disappointing

Several times over the last few months I buy parts using the reg number of my customers cars to buy the parts and every so often I get ones that are not the right ones very frustrating and time consuming

Placed order at your weston super mare trade counter for 4x spark plugs and was advised that the discount code displayed on your website could not be applied. I cancelled my order, I then stood outside your premises completed a click and collect online for the same branch at weston super mare . I went back in to collect my order. I was informed the order would take a while to be recieved at the branch . Approx 40 mins later my order was available for collection and discount code had now been applied. What an absolute waste of my time !! . The chap on the counter was polite and courteous though.

Trying to rearrange re-delivery of my order from the Birkenhead store has been more challenging than I could ever imagine. They put the phone down or don’t answer. When I did get through and requested re-delivery last Thursday nothing arrived. I am really unimpressed.

Ordered parts to get on a Friday morning but they did not arrive still not there on the Tuesday. Took over a week with no communication other than nothing we can do about it.

The quality of the parts is ok generally. Twice in thd past i have opened an air filter box and found that someone had put an old filter inside sk could not use it. Today I have been to return a filter as the wrong part had been picked for my Internet order from the Chester branch.
