“Every now and then I get parts from euro car parts, 7/10 times the parts are completely wrong. When I go to the bromsgrove branch the shop has been stripped out and feels like its closing down. The shop only has one till and one member of staff that serves people and usually the person serving is off in the back of the shop or chatting in the offices ignoring the bell on the counter. There is always a very long wait to even be seen to begin with. Very frustrating and disappointing branch. In my opinion the system needs to be checked to make sure the reg you enter actually matches the parts you receive, The shop front needs products out on display and needs to be inviting to come in and not the derelict feel it currently has. The shop would benefit from 3 tills being open and staffing people to be behind them!”

“Ordered online, and could not pick up in store because the payment had not been updated on ECP's computer system. Was told that their systems would update after the store had collapsed and that I coud come back the following day to collect, or purchase another item from the store. Left empty-handed.”

“First time user so did not know what to expect. Parking was a challenge due to poor parking of others taking up 2 bays. Paid for my pre order and waited for someone to collect it. After 10 minutes of no activity I saw what I wanted on the shelf and so took it to the counter and asked if I could take it. Yes and I was out.”

“t was easy to order and explained very well that it would fit my car with all the dimensions of the battery. It also arrived nice and quickly. which was a change. I find Euro car parts good but in the past they were very slow in delivering. Als it was hard to find out how long the battery was guaranteed for. After only two years with Euro car parts the remainder I would have to contact Bocsh.”
