“Having ordered wiper blades via internet I spoke to stafford branch who stated the wipers were not compatible with my car (very poor selection system) so I asked order be cancelled, however I received an email stating they have received my return and are currently processing my refund (as I have not paid ) who is in charge of this fiasco. Needs looking at . Regards Godfrey Reeves”
