“Ordered online using car reg but they still gave me the wrong battery! So the battery wouldn't fit in recess. I phoned the Harrogate store and was told they had the correct item on the shelf, I asked if I could have the item delivered but was told the item had to be ordered online. Which was fantastic as my car is not running due to the lack of a working battery! So I borrowed a neighbours car to return the wrong battery and pickup the replacement. When I was there I spoke to the manager to complain about the lack of customer service, unfortuneately he wasn't very symparfetic. I won't be using your service again, I'll go to YMF it's closer.”

“Products very restrictive in most ranges. Also, Now Typical American company, buy out and takeover the market, restrict the products and push the prices up. Every time I search for a product I can find it cheaper on one of the other platforms.”

“I do like Euro, I have used them on and off for years... However, collection / picking up your online order, takes far too long. There was two people in front of me, but t took 10+ minutes to collect it. Probably would have been quicker to have it delivered.”
