“Not the exact item I ordered,I ordered the electric windows conversion kit with the slim drivers switch assembly easier to fit to VW T5. But received the electric windows conversion with wider drivers switch assembly more awkward to fit. Also package it come in was a box stating it was some other window accessory, not a electric windows conversion kit , so I refused to have it thinking the wrong item had been sent. The shop assistant decided to open the package and indeed it was the correct item ?. If it had been posted to my address rather than collect it from the shop, I would have refused it. ( IF NOT THE CORRECT BOX ) you must state that on the box to stop confusion. On a good note it was very quick on delivery no complaints there. Photo's enclosed. Regards P Evetts”

“Nothing wrong with the items or the price, but the service was dreadful. I waited a week for dlivery then called the "local" number for the branch they were ordered from. Of course, this was actually a call centre, not the branch. The call centre spoke to the branch (Why couldn't I just call them directly?) And was told that a delivery attempt was made (which it wasn't - my security cameras showed nothing) and that nobody answered the telephone when they called (which they didn't, as I had no missed calls). The call centre told me that it would be delivered the next day, and it wasn't, so I ended up having to waste diesel driving to the branch to pick up the parts. Rubbish srvice.”

“Was served by a lady who had more attitude than a 2 Yr old, was completely unhelpful. Not sure if she had issues outside of work but a bit of courtesy doesn't cost anything. I was polite and was hoping for some reflection in that. Will not be using the company as a whole now, first impressions last!!”
