“I needed 2 new batteries for my van as they had suddenly died so it was not starting anymore. I ordered 2 new ones from euro car parts for next day collection at a very competitive price. When I went in to collect my batteries I was served by Dennis who was able to check the details of the order and get the batteries out for me which he did very quickly and professionally.The batteries were quite heavy though and being 2 of them I decided to carry them out one at a time. I didnt need make the two trips out to the car park as Dennis offered to help me get them to the car in one trip which he did. Many thanks Dennis. As usual a very good experience buying car spares from Euro Car Parts. Batteries now on the van ready for the winter ahead and the van starts great again. Kind Regards DIY Mechanic.”

“Avoid Maidenhead site at all costs! Poor service, products which show in stock are non existence upon arrival for collection. If it shows more than 10 in stock you'll have a good chance it is. If show 1 or 2 items in stock then don't waste your time going there. Very unprofessional attitude.”
