“Ordered and paid for item on line and waited in vain for comfirmation Email to comfirm the order had gone through and i when i could collect etc.I telephone to stop a possible wasted journey and was told there had been trouble with their system but they dont always send a comfirmation Email anyway.?.Same old excuses.”

“I ordered a part. Went to collect it and it was not as described. Stated in advert with buld holder. After I explained to staff it wad incorrect they sent it back and reordered the same part without stating the issue. I waited another day and the part was sent again incorrect at that point they said the advert was wrong and there was nothing g they could do. Still waiting on my refund”
