“Customer service was appalling. Placed the order online waited 20mins went to the shop was told it hadn’t come through I should of waited for another email to say it’s ready and that the man had no control over internet orders so couldn’t look into it. I waited four hours still no email, for an item that is on the shelf, returned to the branch same man told me oh yeah that should be ready I told them I had received no email and his actual words to me was as I told you that’s nothing to do with me internet is a separate thing and anyway you got it now so what’s the problem.”

“I had not used them before, I don't do home repairs but after an MOT and service I had a problem with wheel nuts being missing. I brought 2 on line, there was plenty of local stores choice and easy to pick up on click and collect”
