“I buy too small battery charger for my battery. Replaced for bigger one with no problem. Good staff,very helpful. Thanks”

“Helpful and friendly staff but the cross referencing of the part number on the Euro car parts system resulted in the wrong part being supplied so after returning for a refund I had 2 wasted journeys. Euro car parts were unable to supply the part so I went to an alternative supplier. I have given a 5star review for the service level because it's not the fault of the staff that the system referencing is flawed”

“Great prices, easy to navigate an online order. Convenient to collect from my local Euro Car parts. A huge thanks to the Hemel branch who are always on hand when ordering in person and super knowledgeable about their parts. I’ve tried other online companies but I’d rather pay for a better service and get the correct parts first time, from Euro Car Parts.”

“Good service. Only thing is concerning product is not alway fit to the car and need changing during service. Therefore I recommend them to update product relevance with car after consulting technical experts otherwise it waste a lot of time.”

“Wasn't actually delivered on the day it was meant to be, even after paying for next day delivery, ended up collecting it directly from the store in Aylesbury the following day. Product is good but disappointed by lack of promised delivery”

“The product purchased was a car cleaning product, which is very well presented and competetivfely priced. However, the collection experience at the specified branch was disappointing. I was kept waiting for almost 20 mins, and then informeds the product could not be located and advised to visit the branch on the following day. On my second visi to the same branch 2 days later, I was still kept waiting for 12 mins before being handed the ordered product. My initial impression of the branch is that the process of storing and identifying 'click and collect' items should be much better managed to expedite handover to customers.”

“Quick and easy to order, prices for parts for a mini cooper r57 convertible where a mix of good for some to high for others compared to other online suppliers but had what I needed for same day collection so bought this time. Would consider alternative suppliers to ensure best value though! Sales assistant was helpful on collection. Overall a good first time experience of using the Scarborough branch, thanks.”
