“I recently tried out brake discs from Eicher along with brake pads from Audura, and while they get the job done, I can’t say I’m particularly impressed—especially for the price. Installation was straightforward and everything fit as expected, which is always a plus. Performance-wise, they’re decent: braking is consistent, and there are no major issues like noise or vibration so far. For everyday driving, they do what they’re supposed to do. That said, the overall quality doesn’t really stand out. The materials and finish feel pretty average, and I didn’t notice any improvement over cheaper alternatives I’ve used before. That’s where the biggest problem comes in—the price. For what you’re actually getting, they feel overpriced. There’s nothing about them that justifies paying a premium. In short, they’re not bad products, but they’re also nothing special. If they were priced more competitively, I’d consider them a fair deal. As it stands, though, there are better value options out there that deliver similar performance for less.”

“Parts I ordered were good but weren't ready for collection as stated had to wait 25 minutes for staff to get them from upstairs. Shop was quiet so no real excuse for the delay.”

“I had to use Euro Car Parts because they were the only place that appeared to sell the type of rear windscreen wipers for my car. The website was relatively easy to use. However, despite entering my car registration and selecting the relevant wiper, I still ordered the wrong one, even after revisiting the site several times. I didn't realise this until I collected the wiper and attached it directly to the car. I was told I would have to go to another Euro Car Parts in the next town. I asked if I could have the wiper delivered to the Euro Car Parts where I was. This happened, but I had to make another journey the following day. My frustration was with the website. Otherwise all OK”

“Arriving at the store there was a lady serving a gent with a number plate another man came from the back and said" oh you're being served" I said I'm waiting and the member of staff walked off the other customer said loudly this lady is waiting but he just left. I was just left standing there, the lady serving could have called another member of staff but didn't bother just ignored the fact I was there, eventually someone else came out and served me. Not brilliant customer service.”

“Review of : Ring Auto 12N Metal Socket (including rear fog cut out) . I purchased to replace an original Hella 12N socket on a 1990's VW LT. Photos of the socket on eurocarparts show the cap that says 'MADE IN GERMANY' however it's not. It is MADE IN CHINA! The cap spring is weak. The cap has a section cut out of it so wll let water in - odd design. The internal screws are not brass and look like cheap chromed screws. Otherwise feels cheap and lightweight compared to the Hella. Disappointed.”
