“Hate going to this place , got told the order had not gone through for click and collect and told to re join the back of the queue. Then after 5 people had been served they found it. To spend 45 mins in a shop to collect a click and collect is not acceptable these days.”

“The product, a trade wiper blade, was in stock at my nearest branch. With an E mail confirmation, I picked up the item within 2 mniutes of asrriving at the branch door. A good service.”
