“For some reason, my order wasn't processed for delivery. I paid for next day delivery and heard nothing all that day and half the next before calling about it. The chap on the phone dealt with it very swiftly, refunded the delivery and got the parts to me by the next morning. The part checking service is very useful and the parts I received were spot-on.”

“I ordered a part online which was delivered into store as arranged but which turned out to have a manufacturing defect. Frustrating, but the staff dealt with the issue courteously and efficiently”

“My parts that I ordered arrived fast, but, they were the wrong parts. I went to a store where I had to then pay again for the right part and wait for a refund. The refund received was £2 less than what I originally paid and thats not taking into account the wasted postage costs. Ill be using other car part companies from now on.”

“Ordered parts, got an email the next morning to say they have arrived went to the store to pick them up. They couldn’t find our items so they refunded us after three days and sent us to another store to pick them up.”

“Use regularly and normally good. However on this occasion I went to collect an order. I checked first thing online and it said ready for collection. When I got to the store I was told it had been cancelled and a refund was in process so I would have to order again. Apparently this was because I had ordered it a week ago. Very disappointing as I had checked before I went to collect.”
