Extemely slow service. Ordered the part for collection to be able to quickly pick up and get the job done, yet I had to wait as the person at the till was not capable of using the PC, and was searching for each key on the keyboard for 20-40s, and then when he completed the order for the only customer in front of me, the customer had to point out that half of the order what they discussed is missing and he had to do it again… When it was my turn, on a click and collect order, it took him over 20mins to search for the component, which he couldn’t locate, but wouldn’t ask for help… after the 20mins, and when the queue got extremely long, his colleague asked if he needs help, and then she found in 40s…. I wasted over an hour for waiting for a click and collect order. Will never use this branch anymore…

The price and the service from Euro cars was perfect. My only complaint is perhaps with Royal mail who left the bulb that I ordered in a plastic bag tied to my recycle bin. The bin man came and went, I was lucky the bulb wasn’t damaged. Fitted it myself works perfectly.

Ordered parts online, using discount offer on premium disks and pads, and also ordering oil and filter. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic realised that the pads were the wrong ones, as was the oil filter. Two taxies and one hour later, I got the right parts. The man in the shop was very helpful, but it didn’t compensate for the fact that 50% of my order was wrong, I had to spend money and time to go to and back from a shop and ended up having to buy different pads, hence I lost the discount and had to pay more. This all cost me extra £60 on a £130 order. I don’t think I will be buying again from you. You got 2 starts only because of the helpful bloke in the shop.

Recently purchased a front spring for a Renault clio , stripped the front suspension down and removed the broken spring. The box with the spring from euro car parts was torn and had been previously opened and found the wrong spring in the box(looked like a back spring)in the right box. Had to rebuild the front suspension with the broken spring and took it back to eurocarparts bellshill and explained everything.. they got me another box with the correct spring in it this time. But not even a sorry about all the hassle and time and having to do the job twice ... Very poor.

Incomplete parts, promises of call backs, delivery tne nmo deloivery then delivery and then calls or delivery. Not good not customer focused. Poorly organised some staff relly dont give a damn

As a woman I sometimes feel overwhelmed buying parts for my car without a man but the staff explain everything in a way I can understand, not patronising. For example, I wanted to buy anti freeze and they explained why they were different colours and which one my car needed. This visit I was able to order my lights and wheel trims online, collect them and fit them myself. The fact that I didn't receive my collection email didn't faze them, I was told to turn up, give my name and collect my items. Painfree! I would advise to order online and then collect as the queues can be long due to their popularity.

Amazing service and very competitive prices. But what I like most about euro car parts is their website, so easy to use and the option to input your cars reg number means you will always receive the correct parts.

I bought a car battery online that was in stock at my local store. The online process was easy to follow, with the pickup slot available virtually instantly. 1 Hour later, I have had my car battery picked up from the store, ready to go in. As straightforward as it gets.

I used the online system, put in the registration of my car and ordered oil filter, air filter and oil that the system offered. My frustration started after the system said the parts would be ready after 4. When I got to the store, I was told that they would not be available until the morning. It takes 25 to 30 minutes to get to the store, so after queueing, I had lost an hour. I then went to the store the following morning to collect the parts, and after queueing again received them and went on my way. As I was about to put the oil filter in, I noticed that the one supplied was not the correct one. After asking a neighbour for a lift back to your store as my car had no oil or filter in it, I went back to your store for the third time to get the correct one. I arrived just before closing and after queueing again, the person serving gave me another filter. Fortunately I checked before leaving and I am glad I did as this filter was also wrong. I went back in and finally got the correct one. The frustration here was that I did three trips to the store, (Which could have easily been 4) so three hours going back and forth. Not to mention the fuel costs. As well as queueing every time I entered, when this should have been done in just the one trip! I sent this to customer service and got a Copy and Paste response which did not answer my complaint. Very dissapointed.
