“The website is very clear and makes it asy to find parts if you know the vehicle reg. The prices are reasonable. What set ECP aprt for me this time was the after sales service. Due to a mistake on my part I orderered the wrong part for delivery. I only discovered this while I was about to fit the parts. I rang ECP who were able to assure me that I could exchange the parts for the right ones and ordered them for collection next day for me. The staff in the shop were incredibly courteous and heloful, not just to me but to all the customers served while I was at the Bedford Branch on Sun Oct 4th. Outstanding work.”

“I used to purchase great quality items from Euro car parts, but recently,even the top brands which I have purchased from here are of terrible reliability. Pagid discs warped after less than a month. I will definitely avoid buying anything but a light bulb or a can of paint in the future”
