“I ordered two parts on separate days. The first order came in the afternoon. I had ordered it in the morning. The second came an hour and a half after I ordered it. What a fantastic service. I couldn’t ask for better. Otherwise businesses could take a leaf out of your book. Well done guys.”

“Hawley Lane Farnborough branch was so unhelpful with my purchase. The box contained the wrong part , I asked to exchange as they were showing another in stock but the young man refused and said it would take another day to come from Basingstoke, he then kept telling me it was the right part and was very rude and aggressive. I got a refund and drove a mile to the Camberley branch who had the part in stock . The lady here was extremely helpful and checked the part to make sure it was correct.”

“Very disappointed. I've ordered a set of two shock absorbers and when I collected I was inspired two open the boxes right there to find out that one of them was not what was written on the box (it was still a shock absorber but different size and different part number). I got a refund for them but I wasted a few days, missed the garage appointment, etc.”

“I ordered a car battery. It was excellent value and opted for standard delivery. It was delivered the very next day and I received a phone call from the driver asking me where to leave it as I wasn’t in. The battery itself was of good quality and charged, so I was happy with the price, the quality and the service. I would definitely use Euro Parts again.”
