“Arrived to a queue in shop. Guy with beard behind counter clearly under pressure & unsure of processes, as queue grew. His female colleague arrived back, he immediately broke away from till & customer ingredients, saying, ah your back, you can deal with this & stormed off - embarrassing & totally unprofessional. All customers looked around in astonishing. I'll consider sourcing item's from other providers, even at an increased cost!”

“Ordered a part online. Delivery was standard 4-5days. Waited nearly 2 weeks and still not delivered. Will not be using again as I had absolutely no communication this item wasn’t able to be delivered in the agreed time frame and when I rang up customer support - they weren’t able to give me a date on delivery. Pretty simple. Don’t write cheques you can’t cash. IE - if you can’t deliver it in time - would have been better to have said SOLD OUT. Systems Error. Nevertheless, the guy on the phone spoke very good English and was amicable.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery, but it didn't happen! only after phoning them to check did they realise the issue and it was delivered within 30 minutes as the garage is near by, thank goodness, I also got my "next day delivery" payment refunded but I was still happy with the service”

“Normally a good service but not this time allowed me to order parts to pickup at store arrived at store to be told parts will not be available till the Monday this was on Friday car was booked for a service on the Saturday had to rearrange everything because you take 24hrs to update your stock list what a joke”
