“Recently purchased a small car cover for the wife's car. Ordered online and collected in person at Folkestone branch. Lady that served me was very pleasant, polite and efficient. The cover it self could be better if it had 2 more straps to secure it to stop the wind blowing it off the car. There is 1 strap that goes underneath the middle of the car but a strap at the front and another at the rear would be a great improvement. I've tied thin rope over the bonnet to stop the wind from blowing the cover off.”

“I recently purchased a battery at a price of £148.00. When I examined it on the counter, it was physically dirty, the terminal covers were missing and a label had been removed. It had the appearance of an item that had been returned. I explained that I was not happy and it was changed for one that appeared brand new without question. I’m happy with the price and final outcome, but in my view the first on offered was not in satisfactory condition.”
