“The only criticism I have is other online companies say Screwfix send you a text telling you the item is ready for collection. With Euro Parts I recievied confirmation of the order but no indication it was ready to collect. so I drove to the depot and picked up the battery, I would have liked confirmation that the item was ready for collection.”

“Disappointed to find an already used part in the box when buying a brake switch for my Mercedes B180. Newbury branch apologised, but didn't have another one in stock, so I took a refund, and purchased via Amazon with next day delivery for almost 1/2 price!”

“Arrived as per typical ,2 boxes arrived damaged and are clearly returns . I've been told at a local branch that when you order online parts from ECP they have to be returned via that process and cannot be returned to a local shop . #ballache . It's ONLY convenience is ordering out of hours to a location of your choice .”
