“Ordered a set of wheel trims for the car. Haven’t had chance to fit them yet. But paid for standard delivery, expecting them in approx 4 days, but they can the next day. Very impressed”

“Went to collect a part and saw the maintenance spray on the shelf for £2.49 so picked it up as I was running low. The guy in the counter tried charging me around £4.79 without anything when I questioned him he said the prices are always changing when it clearly displayed it was £2.49 I thought that was really cheeky and sly it's not about the money it's principal where your quiet and try charging me almost double. Watch out when you go there sly snakes”

“Just got an email about writing a review when i ordered next day delivery on the 30th of april and its currently the 10th of may and i still dont have my order. I phoned and they told me theyd send me an email chasing it up and refunding my delivery and i got neither. Phoned again they put me on hold for an hour and then hung up saying there were no available operators”

“Popped in a day early to collect. The colleague I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Fortunately 4/5 items were available. I collected what was there less one item and made a purchase for a similar alternitive to the missing item. This was processed separately. I was told the unavailable item would be refunded. That never happened. No issue that they didn’t have one of the items as I’d come early due to requiring that day.. but telling me I’ll be credited for the missing item and not doing it is theft and will reflect as 1 item up on inventory which is also poor stock management. Not impressed.”

“Parts online are considerably cheaper than in store. Which is annoying when I had to have a part delivered from a separate store. Found the part cheaper elsewhere. And didn't have to wait 4 days for it to move from Plymouth to eastleigh.”
