“Went on website put reg in amd showed me the breaks I needed for my car. When I took it to the place they were the wrong ones. I needed another model. The agg amd stress this caused me as I had to take the day off to get them fitted”

“Bought a battery which was supposed to be compatible (according to the registration number and model) but would not fit the battery compartment. Battery returned no problem and correct size supplied - check dimensions before ordering. Reasonably priced battery though.”

“Ordered engine oil that was supposed to come with a free oil filter, the oil filter wasn't in stock when I got to the store, They then tried selling me the most expensive oil filter they had for 2 different cars I was getting oil for, I,LL get my oil and filters somewhere else next time.”

“As is the way with eurocar parts now, bought what i thought was a quality item, a bosch air filter no doubt, no chance of this fitting my vehicle, should of known when i collected the item from my sunderland store as the box was already open a red flag if ive ever seen one, i checked and double checked i had the right part number, the filter was about 10mm to big all the way round, no chance of this fitting even if i took a chain saw to it. My lesson ive learned is not to use europarts again as my first choice in buying parts, as this has happened many time before.”

“If I'm confident to do a job on my own vehicle I invariably get my parts from Euro Car Parts. Spend over a certain amount and delivery is free otherwise it's not too far to click & collect or buy over the counter. To date I've always been satisfied with the service and quality of the products.”

“Have used Euro Car Parts many times and am more than happy with the availability of parts. The staff are excellent and are happy to advise and offer options should the part you want is not avaiable. Always enthusiastic and professional when dealing with customers be they trade or general public. Would recommend Euro Car Parts to anyone as both availability of stock is good and costs are reasonsble.”

“Click and collect on a Sunday is a great idea. The store was full of people requiring items that was preordered so mine was quick and easy compared to them. Only place that’s open on a Sunday that has what you need at great prices! Staff very pleasant (poor guy trying to help one customer who was convinced he wanted that part even though it wouldn’t fit).”
