“I have used Euro car parts many times over the years. The online ordering system couldn't be easier. Collection at the local store was absolutely fine. The store customer service agent was extremely pleasant.”

“I phoned Slough branch and ordered a part and was told to collect the next day but when I turned up to collect I was told that the part had not even been ordered and the staff member didn’t know who listed the part against my cars number plate. She then said it would be better if you go to Hayes branch and they have 1 item in stock.. so I phoned Hayes branch and they tried to charge me £25 more for the same part .. I refused to pay extra so I checked online and paid online the same amount I was quoted in Slough and picked the part up from Hayes.. I was not impressed..!!”

“Easy online click and collect. Although the part didn't fit, the return and order of another one was done easily with advice from the friendly staff member. This part fitted perfect and car got it's MOT 👍🏻😊”

“I wanted to give my car " a treat " , and ordered some cleaning and polishing products from Euro Car Parts as they were what I wanted and were competitively priced and included free delivery . They did indeed deliver the items correctly and on time . Interestingly the items were all delivered with zero packaging..........which is great for the environment but what would have happened if I wasn't at home when they were delivered ?”

“Folding chocks ideal for the time your out and get that puncture on uneven gound. No more trying to find something to chock the car from moving on the jack. These fold up to around the size of a flat hand so tuck neatly away. Already used once worked a treat.”

“I ordered some replacement wipers. My order said it would take a few days to arrive. They had arrived at my house in under two hours. I am flabbergasted at how good the delivery was. I don’t understand how this was physically possible. I still talk about it with my friends and family. For some reason they do not seem to see how miraculous this is. 10/10 no notes. “I received an email stating my purchase was available for collection but when I attended it was not there yet. Was told someone would call me when it arrived. No call was received. I got another email a few days later stating to collect or it would be cancelled. Bit all over the place but staff were friendly both times when I attended the store.”

“OK for over thhe counter parts. BUT TRY TO ORDER A CAR BATTERY FOR DELIVERY. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER OF POSSBAILY STORE A BATTERY FOR YOU. Whhat is the problem. You should make it clear to all customers lookiing for a car battery that you cannot do it. Sorry about this buut whatt is the problem.”

“Order was made online, and collected by my wife, the orders that were received were as described. However, one item, 5 litres of oil was missed off the collection. Tried to call numerous times both the collection store and customer helpline to no success, unable to return to the store due to work commitments missing the opening hours, so now £50 down. Won’t use again.”
