“Have used Euro Car Parts many times and am more than happy with the availability of parts. The staff are excellent and are happy to advise and offer options should the part you want is not avaiable. Always enthusiastic and professional when dealing with customers be they trade or general public. Would recommend Euro Car Parts to anyone as both availability of stock is good and costs are reasonsble.”

“Click and collect on a Sunday is a great idea. The store was full of people requiring items that was preordered so mine was quick and easy compared to them. Only place that’s open on a Sunday that has what you need at great prices! Staff very pleasant (poor guy trying to help one customer who was convinced he wanted that part even though it wouldn’t fit).”

“Can’t organise delivery very well, was extremely stressful trying to arrange a delivery between hours that work with us. Multiple calls yet still delivering outside of the window. Then went to collect in person after telling the person on the phone to not bother with delivery anymore, and it wasn’t even there!! Then was told they would call when it was on the way, delivery turned up at the door and then got a phone call saying it was on the way after the delivery driver left!! Appalling service.”

“Ordered battery to be delivered next day never arrived. After a number of calls via the messenger service gave up and went and picked it up a week later. You should never promise a service what you can't follow through. Worst online service ever used.”
