“I was looking for a steering wheel lock which they had one in stock so I ordered it online and they had it ready for me when I collected it 30 minutes later and they said to me if it doesn’t fit they would have a look 👀 to see if they had one what would but it did perfectly thank you so much 👍💯 For a 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Ordered a set of brake discs and pads for a frerlander online with registration number .fitted 1 disc and found the pads were off a galaxy so had to go to gmf for pads on a Saturday morning as I needed to be up north by 3pm”

“Pretty good overall - BUT recent pickups from Watford branch - both pre-paid and pay on collection orders have not been picked in advance and I have had to wait as if a ‘walk-in customer’. Guy on the desk working his socks off - warehouse pickers not so sure. Many thanks”

“Item ( polo boot strut) was ordered online to pick up at local store the following day. Ad was a little unclear and I should have ordered 2 as they are sold singly (!). I suppose this is fair enough but some items eg brake pads are sold in pairs and I would've thought these were replaceable as pairs, not as single units. So cost twice as much as I expected and a return journey as not in stock. Grrr. Should have been clearer maybe or maybe I was just hopeful... Staff pleasant and helpful and parts easy to fit, so I'm happy. Got a boot now that closes quietly and less dangerously.”

“Purchased some oil and coolant online. Came to pick it up and the person working the desk tried to give me a 1L bottle of coolant when I paid for 4L. Pointed out the error whereby she disappeared off for eternity only to come back and say it wasn't in stock. Another staff member then told me the oil would be delivered that evening and took my number to let me know when it arrived (already had the oil which was correct). No phone call for 2 days so had to chase up myself. When I came to pick the coolant up from the store, the rep tried to charge me again. Was a bit of a frustrating experience.”
