“When ordering click and collect, the email tells you it’s ready to collect. Why is it when you get there the assistant prints off the invoice, then goes into the warehouse to pick the order. Waiting 10-15 minutes before getting the items.”

“Ordering on line wasn't an issue it was picking it up in store,there was just one person on the desk and she really didn't seam like she understood anyone or anything as she had to keep asking someone else in the back room aera to come and sort everything out,so the waiting to collect my items took for ever. A part from that the price and products where great 👍”

“Order correct guy behind counter spot on parking non exsistant ...had to park in morrisons across the road as taxi's and other cars from the business next door blocks the whole car park”

“My order of 5 litres engine oil was supposed to be with me in 2-3 days. I called the Bangor centre after 5 days and was told I’d have to speak to their head office. Was getting round to do so and then oil was delivered after 1 week. So… no real biggy but if I’d had a service waiting I would have had to pay for the garage oil instead of using my own. Could do better. But … it was at a fair price.”

“I ordered the parts I needed the night before and received a text that they were ready to pick up in the morning at the Dumfries base. The staff ember on site was brilliant to deal with, very courteous and readily engaged in a bit of banter about my day's repair task ahead. The parts were exactly what I needed, cheaper than others I looked at online with long delivery times and the car was back on the road quicker than I'd hoped. I've used Euro Car Parts many times and they are always my go to, and I'm very happy to recommend to friends and family.”
