“Euro car parts online service is not the best l should say. I bought parts online and at the end of the purchase chose next day delivery even paid extra as l was desperate and had also made arrangements with my mechanic. Come day of delivery nothing came , fair enough deliveries delay, but no communication whatsoever from euro car parts. I checked with delivery company but they were still awaiting my parcel. I spoke to euro car parts and explained my desperation and the delay and chose to cancel and rather collect and they advised l could cancel and wait for refund and then repurchase as collection. I ended up buying a second set of the same parts as the other parcel was still being processed yet they still had it in their depot…l think you can do better with communicating any hiccups with arrangements.”
