“Arrived as per typical ,2 boxes arrived damaged and are clearly returns . I've been told at a local branch that when you order online parts from ECP they have to be returned via that process and cannot be returned to a local shop . #ballache . It's ONLY convenience is ordering out of hours to a location of your choice .”

“I put in an order for delivery as it stated next day delivery, however it then stated 3-4 days which would have been to late. I called Guildford branch and they were very helpful. Told me no problem you can come and collect the part.”

“I ordered front brake discs and pads for my Zafira and collected the next day from the Dunfermline branch. I received the usual friendly customer service I always get and I fitted the parts with no issues. No more brake shudder and so far everything is nice and smooth. Quality is good and I'd recommend them.”

“Ordered on a Monday. No email received but payment taken from my card. A week later emailed to chase for an update. Received a reply that I would receive tracking that day confirming that the item had been dispatched. 2 days later tracking did not note that the courier had received the package and it is clear that even today, 11 days later, there was no package sent. Complete waste of time. Won't be ordering on your website again.”
