“Not much to say really, except that it was easy to order and pay, and then collect the next day. My order was a fairly large lead acid battery and kindly the staff loaded it into my boot for me. I would definitely use them again.”

“I purchased a set of Bosch HT leads and HT ignition module for my 4-cyl Ford. Replaced the HT cables one-by-one (so I could not possibly make a mistake doing so), and found that I could not fit the cable for cyl-3: The new cable was too short! I was thinking of going back to the store to complain, but pushed on with the replacement of the HT module. Spotted some labelling on the HT unit that in fact the HT leads were wrongly connected! Corrected the error and now the HT lead for cyl-3 will reach to the correct HT turret on the ignition unit, so I am over the moon. This fixed the original problem but makes me wonder how the engine has been running at all, and who in the past made the error swapping HT leads for cyl-3 and cyl-2.”

“I ordered a part online for my Merc CLK and received confirmation it would be in Peterborough branch at a specific date and time. I drove to the branch (18 miles) and it “was not delivered”. I received no apology or offer to deliver to my home and both counter staff were miserable and unhelpful. The customer in front of me had the same experience. I was told to “take a chance and come back on Monday” or I could have a refund. I asked for the refund and, having waited several days with no confirmation email or money on my card, I called Customer Services. Anthony was very helpful and sorted out the refund but confirmed that the branch had not initiated it.”
