“Ordered brake pads from website, using the vehicle number plate "identify parts that fit". Removed my first brake pads only to find they didn't fit (apparently, there are 2 types - long and short) Had to return them next day to get the correct pads. There was no issue replacing with the right pads, but it was an unnecessary effort, as I had to put my car back together, to be able to drive back the store.”

“Not impressed, ordered 2 items online,received text saying ready, went to pick up, told only 1 arrived, asked to refund 1 item, was told item would be refunded. Today, 13 days later no refund. Also 1st 3 fuses blew within 5 days, am now on 4th fuse”
