“Ordered a full set of front and rear brake discs and pads online, using the vehicle reg to define the car. Website gave no indication that there were multiple fitment options and of course when the parts turned up the rears were completely wrong, as were the front pads... I know the onus is on me to select the correct parts, but I can only do that if all of the options are listed... Sorted it all out in store, but had to waste an hour for the round trip”

“Fantastic! I've had to make a few trips back and forth to the depot, due to my own errors.. duplicating orders, ordered wrong parts. Each time served by Casey (I think that's her name). Really friendly, extremely helpful! Will be back soon for more parts”

“Bought two identical items on two separate orders (minutes apart). Message told me both parts are ready for collection, arrived and only one was found. Got a message next day to go and collect second order to be told not arrived and to collect when text message sent to collect. A few days later text message told me to collect but have only till next day (which I was unable to do), so went the day after to collect and it had been sent back and money will be credited. I thought collection point kept orders for more than 24hrs! I'm not happy as had 2 more journeys than necessary!”
