“Ordered 3 items online for pickup at Abergele. When I arrived a couple of hours later, no effort had been made to get my order ready and I had to wait for some time as the counter clerk searched to locate the items. After arriving home (11 miles away) I discovered that one of the items was not the one ordered. Thoroughly unprofessional service.”
