“Your staff are very good considering the anarchy with computers and finding basic things like spanners that should be there in the stores, nearly an hour went buy to find that they could not find them.”

“Wrong part numbers by this company caused a lot of stress as we correctly ordered what we thought were front brakes and discs for my bmw after selecting the reg no for my vehicle. After collection we found they weren’t the correct part and then told to order new ones at nearly double the cost. Bad experience all round Won’t use again and don’t trust their part numbers .”

“Great company and VERY very quickly resolved my problem, which ONLY had to do with delivery. However, the one big issue I faced was that certain car parts were for collection only. That was from the Uxbridge (West Drayton) Depot. Their POSTCODE is compeltly wrong. I was driving for 30 to 40 minutes to locate te store. There customer sevice lady count not tell me exacly where it was as she too was relying on their address. Ater knocking on few residential doors, I was able to find it. Totally wong for this to happen.”

“Ordered a bulb for my Astra j day running light which I had been told was a T20 ,I picked the bulb up from team valley and when I went to fit it was the wrong bulb.anyway lhad been given a number plate bulb instead of a t20which I had ordered”

“I have 4 car parts suppliers that are close to me in Milton Keynes that I could have used. I went to Euro Car Parts and had to endure a ridiculously long wait for parts I had ordered online and already paid for. This is not because the shop was busy it's due to an absolute lack of any organisation. When waiting I had to listen to the 2 young road men talk about how one of them needed to go on break what ages they both were and just general chit chat that had nothing to do with their job. By the time I left there were 11 people now waiting because the least important part of your employees day was being efficient. Definitely will go elsewhere in future as it took longer to queue for the part than it did to do the job when I got home. 👍🏻”

“Wow very impressed! I’d avoided using Euro Car Parts following an error on part numbers being supplied incorrectly and receiving poor and surly service when I returned the items to store. I vowed never to use again (9 years). Delivered by their own transport. Driver was friendly and keen to give a good service. Well done Euro Car Parts.”
