“Price was competitive but wait was unacceptable. There is no facility for click and collect customers so everyone had to queue for one checkout position. Other customers said that long waits were not unusual and in fact today was better than many other occasions. The way that Euro Car Parts operates this branch needs to be urgently reviewed and improved otherwise other customers, like me, won't be coming back.”

“Ordered parts went and picked up same day only did not fit took them back to be told wrong wiper blades, Told site ordered wrong item and replaced the items with right ones but cost me another £9 so not very happy about that (your mistake).”

“Ordered a full set of front and rear brake discs and pads online, using the vehicle reg to define the car. Website gave no indication that there were multiple fitment options and of course when the parts turned up the rears were completely wrong, as were the front pads... I know the onus is on me to select the correct parts, but I can only do that if all of the options are listed... Sorted it all out in store, but had to waste an hour for the round trip”
