“I went to pick up a gasket which said was in stock. I was the lied to by a staff member who tried to convince me that I’d made a mistake and that I ordered in the gasket for Tuesday…. I showed him my email which said it was to be collected on the day and then he said it wasn’t in stock. I understand there can be issues with stock in store but for them to attempt to gaslight me to believe it was my own fault was highly unprofessional behaviour”
