“Always been able to get anything I've ordered from Euro Car Parts. Good selection of parts for my Porsche. I was recently having problems trying to purchase an Ecoflow delta 3 power station online. Tried to buy online from Currys, Screwfix and Very but I was unable to buy because I live in Northern Ireland. I had given up hope but i happened to see what I was looking on Euro Car Parts website so I decided to order. I was expecting to order and then get an email the next day saying out of stock (which Very done on me twice) but to my surprise I called in the next day and there it was, my Ecoflow Delta 3 power station. My expectations were exceeded. One thing that could be improved is the wait to order or pick up stuff in the shop as there only ever seems to be one person working at the counter.”

“I bought a car battery & paid for next day delivery, however, the item did not arrive the next day. This caused a fair bit of inconvenience, but a phone call & email to customer services made sure it was delivered the day after.”

“Parts no cheaper than Other local suppliers but easy to order but absolutely terrible how long you have to wait to pick an order up 30mins plus to get to counter then waiting again while they go and find your order”

“I would have given them 10 stars if possible. I ordered a tool and collected it from Gallows Corner store, all well and good. For some reason they have refunded me the cost of the item into my Papal account. I have tried telling them but I think they are using some sort of AI and it is impossible for an old guy like me to get past this and actually tell someone they've made a mistake. Perhaps someone will read this and take action. It's only a tenner so maybe I should just let it pass.”
