“Absolutely the worst . After a recent bad experience a couple of weeks ago I decided to give euro another try as they gave me a voucher . Once again they messed up. No order arrived after over a week. No tracking no nothing . Contacted customer service who I must admit are ok and they chased up. Apparently the warehouse cancelled the order but never told myself. I was asked if I wanted my items which I did and then I did then receive tracking informations. Days pasted again and still nothing and then today I had another email saying order has been cancelled even thou I have evri tracking ( that’s another story about how sh”t they are) what the hell is going on euro. Your online available of parts is clearly not working and why use such a cheap unreliable delivery firm like evri. Go back to DPD !”

“Ordered some parts in the internet and went in early to collect. My parts weren't ready as I was early but the guy was really helpful offering alternative stocked items. And he refunded the previous items for me the next day. I was really pleased with the helpfulness and the refund of other parts. I thought I'd have to chase that bit for sure, but I was wrong and it was all sorted. Thanks Euro Car Parts, I'm a happy customer. 👍”

“Ordered late on Sunday evening for click and collect next day. Went down 15 mins after opening, and was in out in about 3 minutes - and a bank holiday too! Plenty of collection choices near me, and best prices too! Can't ask for more!”

“Would give zero stars if possible, quality control on returned parts is shocking, ordered in 2 crank oil seals, both boxes taped back together and could see someone had already tried to fit both and battered them and returned them! Meaning my car was off the road an extra couple of days! Ordered the parts from the main dealer and worked out £12 cheaper too! Shocking.”
