“Ordered online, delivered by motorcycle rider in the expected time frame. I brought 2 front Bosh windscreen wipers to replace my ones which were splitting at the ends. Fitting was easy, however frustratingly there is a small area at the bottom of the screen that the wipers don't touch leaving a dirty V shape.”

“ordered parts on line to have delivered , when it came time to fit them they were wrong ( i was front brake pads ) i then contacted the store , who informed me i would need to either come to the store or order the correct ones . They used my reg number for initila order , the person behind the counter when i took them back was annoyed as they had been signed as checked . He apoligised several times and could not have been any more of a help than what he was , he gets 5 stars the rest dont .”

“I visited the Newport store late on a Saturday afternoon just before closing time, after being let down by another supplier beginning with ‘H’. They were gearing up to close for the day but one of the counter staff went out of her way to locate the correct brake pads for my car which was difficult as the part numbers didn’t match with the computer system. Great example of customer service, I will definitely use Euro Car Parts again. Thank you.”

“Ordered wiper blades on the website by entering my car registration. Collected them and on trying to fit them realised they were the wrong size. How can this happen when it was done by car registration online?? Went back to the store to change them, very long wait, in a hurry to leave realised they’d only exchanged/sold 2 blades not 3 as previously ordered. Purchased 3rd blade from an alternative supplier. Would NOT use again”

“was in store Aberdeen to collect parts, I said to the parts person, could you double check that the oil filter is correct part as I don’t want to drain oil & find it’s the wrong part, she said yes 100% correct part, turned out was wrong filter, caused me a lot of hassle, wasn’t happy”

“Absolutely the worst . After a recent bad experience a couple of weeks ago I decided to give euro another try as they gave me a voucher . Once again they messed up. No order arrived after over a week. No tracking no nothing . Contacted customer service who I must admit are ok and they chased up. Apparently the warehouse cancelled the order but never told myself. I was asked if I wanted my items which I did and then I did then receive tracking informations. Days pasted again and still nothing and then today I had another email saying order has been cancelled even thou I have evri tracking ( that’s another story about how sh”t they are) what the hell is going on euro. Your online available of parts is clearly not working and why use such a cheap unreliable delivery firm like evri. Go back to DPD !”
