“These requests for a reference following a purchase are getting to be ridiculous, I bought one item, a bottle of demineralised water, the girl in the branch couldn't personally bring it out to me because she was pregnant, the bloke who did bring it out looked like he was. The good news is that the water was wet and clean. They had it in stock and it was thus quickly available. The water did the job I needed it for so I am happy with the purchase.”

“I ordered the parts, says 15 mins collection but took 50 mins for the items to come out. Low in staff, and the staff that's already there was very slow.”

“Ordered a set of Bosch wiper blades with 3-4 day delivery, was very pleasantly surprised when they turned up a few hours later on the same day. I probably got a little bit lucky with when I ordered, when the van was packed and the proximity of other deliveries etc, but regardless I was very happy with the service overall.”

“I ordered a set of wiper blades on 28/02/2026. The order said it would be delivered by 05/03/2026. On 11/03/2026 I called to say I have not received it. I spent 30 minutes on hold and gave my information to 3 people. The last person I spoke to said they would contact the local distributor and give me an update within 24 hours. I have had no update and it has been over 24 hours.”
