“Used ECP click and collect for over a decade without issues but recently moved. Ordered for delivery and had to spend hours chasing it. It evenually got delivered but was over a week late.”

“Ordering on line was all good but as for staff . Bought a car battery my daughter when to collect and there were no other customers in store . My daughter paid for item and the member of staff did not offer to carry battery out for her just said to her it’s down there bearing in mind it’s a heavy item . Bought same item at other stores in the past and staff always offer to help . Lazy”

“I shop by click and collect and purchase in store. Staines upon Thames. I've forgotten the gentleman's name who is always on the till when I go in. But he is always super super helpful. I work in customer service myself and seriously this guy is at the top of his game. He seems to actually enjoy his job. All I think when I'm there is that if I was running a customer facing business, I'd want this guy training new staff to show them how it's done. In general, customer service is so bad everywhere you go. Nothing is too much for him though. What a credit to the business. Give the man a raise. I remember once going during the heatwave where he was sweltering under the rented fan unit. Give him what he needs to keep him happy. There used to always be huge queues in this branch, but not anymore. He deals with customers so efficiently and with a smile. Fantastic. 10/10”
