“Item was supplied in a ripped box, for which the server apologised. Previous order resulted in 25 min wait, again had an excessive wait of 15 min with only one guy serving. Ordering and paying online should result in a slicker process. Item should be behind counter ready to collect a la B&Q, Argos, Next etc… Item was ok but service and packaging were poor.”
