“Told items would be in stock 15.30 Friday, arrived at 08.30 Saturday to be told items weren’t in stock, asked for a refund, told he couldn’t as items weren’t even there, and I’d have to call up once they were in stock for a refund. Called on the Monday, on hold for 30mins, told refund would take 5-7working days, then only got an email from the store 5 days later saying they had actioned the request”

“Excellent products, easy ordering and quicker than expected delivery. Have used this company for years without issues however that’s sadly where the quality review ends. When the products were delivered they were unfortunately delivered by a rude Euro Car Parts delivery driver who remarked to my wife as I was at work at the time of delivery; “Tell him not to order again because I’m not going to deliver here again”. This appeared to be in reference to the fact he had a couple of flights of stairs to climb to my door, nothing excessive and with easy access to the road. I found this completely unnecessary and therefore I will be sourcing my car products elsewhere going forwards due to this rudeness that was unnecessary. Euro Car Parts Orpington, I suggest you please reconsider who you send out on your deliveries.”

“A battery is a battery not much to say. But. Not impressed with the delivery, a battery in a cardboard box is heavy. Leaving a heavy cardboard box on the doorstep in the rain is not a good idea especially if they don't ring the bell or knock the door! I'll look for a motor factors with a different courier in future.”
