“Needed a specific battery urgently. Euro Car Parts had this in stock at a competitive price and it was delivered first thing the very next day! The delivery lady was particularly friendly and really helpful - placing the battery inside the door as it was very heavy - thank you so much! The whole experience, including ordering online, was easy and straightforward. Would definitely use again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend”

“Yet again I collected an item from you, (camshaft position sensor) and I had to wait over a day because it was not in stock, and when I got there it was clearly in a damaged box so I took it out and it had clearly been fitted to someones car as it had dirty oil on it and the plastic bag the sensor was in had already been torn open! I paid full wack for a second hand dirty sensor! when I pointed this out to the man at the counter he said they would have to order another one and I would have to wait another day! I had cycled there to collect this sensor so I didn't want to wait another day so I accepted the rubbish second hand sensor as the worker at the counter assured me it will have been checked over and all ok. beleive it or not this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened at eurocarparts so I now always open the box to check contents before I leave there now.”
