“I was only picking up a preordered light bulb but waited about 15 minutes as one customer ordering lots of parts for commercial garage and only one person on till. It would help to have a remote check-in for a preorders so till point could be made aware of customers picking up items so they could be bought out too. Also more staff serving as two tills in branch. The person serving was friendly and helpful. I was pleased to get a good discount on the product with your code.”

“Waited over 30mins for a simple click n collect at Telford shop. I even asked if there was other staff who could serve, not just leaving to one young lad, whilst other staff were laughing and joking in the back office. Painful ssllloowww, avoid. To be fair, the young lad that served me (& everyone else) he was courteous and professional, well done.”

“Parts availability is great, click and collect is a good feature. Unfortunately there are few staff on the desk when you go for collection, so the queue can take a long time to go down. Often it takes longer to collect something, than to order it!”

“Terrible . I ordered a battery for my van on the 3.3.26 and it is still not here . I called on the 13.3.26 and was told I would get a call back still nothing . Options below not any good as still don’t have the delivery”
