“Going to Euro Car Parts mostly when cannot order something online or need some part/tool now. It’s not expensive overall but in some scenarios you can save some money buying elsewhere. Staff in Barnsley not so familiar with mechanics which aid a bit disappointing but not unreasonable these days, they won’t sell you a sump plug without cars reg.”

“Bought a jump starter after the car would not start when the wife went to pick up are grandson at the railway station and had to wait 4 hours before are breakdown man could get to us. It has found out that the battery was on its way out. This jump starter would have saved us a lot of time before I replaced the battery. The customer care staff were very helpful when I phoned them about some advise.”

“I ordered a new LHS headlight for my car and the specifications noted that the headlight came with bulbs fitted but alas none were. The headlight fitted great as sometimes parts can be hit or miss just ashame no bulbs”

“Had a poor service from Euro Car Parts when I went to pick it up. I noticed I ordered an extra windscreen wiper and asked them to cancel it. They cancelled the wrong one. The guy was relatively new so wasn't able to help. He just said wait for my colleague and then clocked out. I waited 5 minutes and then that colleague was slagging him off. He seemed to not want to be there and was chucking return items I to the bin and swearing”
