“A disaster! I ordered parts that were ready for pickup. I wasn't informed that they didn't have my complete order. I was informed on the spot that they didn't have them. This made it difficult for me to continue working with the mechanic, and I missed my appointment. I don't recommend shopping there.”

“Bosch wipers are the best in my opinion even better then the original ford wipers, was hard to find these from other retailers but euro car parts were the only one's who had these in stock also wasn't far for me to travel. Thank you”

“Waste of time. Entered the reg number and they supplied the wrong parts. Resulting in the vehicle being out of work for 2 days and taking up a ramp in the garage while the correct part was sourced elsewhere. Don't waste your time getting parts from here.”

“Ordered online for delivery (it said 3-5 days) and within an hour it was dropped off at my door by the local store! I ordered brake discs & pads but could fit them myself but out of everywhere I looked online Euro car parts were the cheapest!”
