“Ordered a front flexi pipe for my Mokka when went to fit it the front flange was was welded incorrect had another one delivered only to find out that was welded wrongly as well. Not good.”

“When is done online order, there is no confirmation of order, no order number, no message that order is ready to collect etc. I phoned customer service and they told me that we do not send any messages, you for not beedirder number to fir collection. I went to collect my order and they asked an order number, it took half an hour before they found my order. Very bad service.”
