“Didnt realise they were around the corner from me. The website needs a large amount of improvements. they either dont update and recognise my car reg and the database is outdated as i asked for gear transmission and it suggested all types of oils that are not related at all to the oil i need so dangerous in potentially using the wrong oil if you are not aware. if you are a fully trained mechanic or petrol head you are ok otherwise use it at your own risk. the shop is also super small and a long queue can quickly build up. parking is plentiful and great.”

“Great comms, website and prices. Collected item from Southampton store. Only downside was a longish wait as store busy and only one person serving. Several customers making enquiries about parts for certain vehicles. These took a long time to resolve. Otherwise pretty damn good.”

“Ordered a couple of parts. Paid online.went to pick them up.both were wrong.re ordered and got a refund which was paid back in 3 days.new parts arrived 24 hours later from returning the originals which were pre paid again.both correct this time.at least they were on it quickly.found it difficult to talk to someone on the phone.frustrating machines that don't cover what you want so you get cut off”

“Awful experience Went to store,asked for steering wheel fluid the counter man give me break fluid instead After I opened the container I realised it's not a steering wheel fluid. That is what happen when you trust the professional.”

“I think the store could do with a couple more members of staff at front till Not ideal when you have a none speaking English customer trying to describe a wheel bearing when in fact he more than likely needs a tail light lense I had a 30 minute wait for part I payed for 24hours before due to que times This is the only issue I have ever really faced when visiting this store”
