“Needed rear screen wiper. Went to other well known outlet but was given wrong one due to Skoda’s incorrect information and didn’t then have the right one. Euro Car Parts very helpful, provided correct wiper and were very helpful.”

“Ordered 3 items online, but then found that 1 was not available for delivery, and another was not available at 2 local depots - so I had a 40 minute journey to pick up. The service was efficient and the items were available and correct - but I will be more careful to check availability in future as the cost in fuel and time outweighed any savings form using a more expensive supplier.”

“The parts have been used but the customer service in Peterborough store is yet again non existent. Lots of queuing customers but no one out front and then even tho I am collecting an item takes 10 mins to find but still no one else to serve the remaining customers”

“Ordered parts on line. Asked to come next day. Made payment. Next day waited in queue for about 45 minutes only to be told they do not have the part. Asked to come back. I asked for refund. Which took another 30 minutes to refund. Very poor service at Hayes depot”
