“Very simple and easy ordering process and collection process. I did a click and collect, and collected my item 3 hours after ordering. When I arrived at opening time, there was only 1 person ahead of me and I left with my item 5 minutes later. Euro car parts are efficient and I would definitely recommend.”

“Delivery was fast and efficient, but the part was incorrect so I returned it to the store. They processed the refund in store but I’m yet to receive my money back, and it’s been over a week!”

“Very poor customer service I went to euro car part hayes to create an account with them as i start my new business as a mobile cars mechanic The guys gave me a form to fill it up and they told me you have a minimum monthly spending £500 to keep your account active As my business is new I can’t guarantee I will spend £500 a month Specially at the first few months I went to a different company parts i told them euro car parts told me that i have minimum monthly spending are you same ? The guys was laughing”

“As written in a previous review. Even though I have a cash account I am being quoted higher prices for parts on my account than what is listed online without discount codes applied. Even been quoted higher prices than what’s online over the phone. This is an issue which was previously advised but ended with not really being able to resolved as apparently I don’t spend £2000+ a month with you. I do feel this is a shame as Euro Car Parts is the closest parts supplier to my location but I’ve now started to use other suppliers more as they are cheaper for the same parts. Very much feels like Euro Car Parts doesn’t care about its smaller core customers anymore.”

“I placed my order and received a confirmation email in which it stated I would receive a further email letting me know my order was ready to pick up. Having received no such email the next day I contacted them asking what was happening, and they told me that I wasn’t meant to receive any email other than the confirmation and that my order had been ready to pick up since the previous day! Very poor communication in my opinion, how am I supposed to know to collect my order without being told it’s ready? Won’t be using these again.”
