“Problem in the shop in Northampton is the wait. 1 person serving, nice bloke and not his fault, had to wait over an hour to collect my part. Lots of customers coming in and leaving due to the waiting. So would end up being lost sales. People just sitting in the office behind. Took part home didn't fit. Had to go back and exchange it. Same problem waiting to be served but wasn't quite an hour. Again people waiting then leaving. Still waiting for refund on first part which isn't good.”

“Good points ,staff generally very helpful and courteous in Penzance. Reasonable range of parts. However Some of the range is of poor quality especially water pumps, difficulty getting a good price on the phone or over the counter even when I had a trade account as Internet allows customers to buy the same item cheaper, l use Mill Auto more frequently”

“I ordered boot struts (I assumed a pair) from your website because you were competetively priced based on a pair. When the parcel arrived, there was only one. £45 for one strut! Daylight robbery!! I went to the local Southampton branch to ask about another one & they would not reduce the price to match the website offer that had started. As I needed both sides, I had to buy another single. £90 for two struts, compared with about £50 for a pair from elsewhere. Poor customer service in branch & poor pricing online. I can assure you, I will never return.”

“I visited twice in one week. Both times I'd pre-ordered. Both times the wait time was 20mins. Both times only one member of staff on the till. Would be so much better if there was a till for pre-orders and the other, for walk-ins & queries”
