“Wonderful customer service and got a part I needed right away”

“I recently bought a fog light from Euro Car Parts, but when I received it, the light bulb was already fused and not working. I expected a brand new, working product, but this was clearly faulty. I tried to contact customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful. Really disappointed — I’ve always trusted Euro Car Parts, but this experience has made me think twice before ordering again.”

“Ordered online to pay in store as wanted to use cash for the item. At 5.30 pm (30 mins till closing )the lad at the store wouldn’t accept the cash as he had already cashed up and said he had been moaned at before for not cashing up in time so does it early 🤷🏼 although I had cash I had to pay by card”

“Simply Outstanding Customer Care I had ordered a full set of brake pads for my Porsche Cayenne 4S online and the wrong ones arrived. My error totally, I didn't check the application data thoroughly I phoned the Southampton Millbrook depot and asked if they could sort it out, which they confirmed they'd try I immediately drove to them and an incredibly helpful young employee searched their data, and after quite some difficulty with misleading part numbers and application data, he found the correct part numbers and unexpectedly they were in stock A refund for the wrong parts was seamlessly processed and I left with the correct brake pads The entire experience was cheery and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble A 5 Star Team”
