“What should have been a straight forward full service has been a pain. Had a long wait for items to be picked. Despite checking compatibility against car registration number, supplied sump plug washer so big as be non functional as it cannot be centralised. In fact, the old compressed washer almost passes through the new one. Of 4 spark plugs supplied, 3 had clearly been out of their boxes and showed signs of oil contamination, with 1 appearing to have had a gap adjustment made. 1 spark plug was even a totally different thread size packed in the wrong, previously opened box, so the work has had to stop yet again until store opens. Not impressed!”

“My last purchase was a service exchange rear brake caliper for an old Toyota Avensis. As usual that part was available on short delivery, supplied on short delivery and at a reasonable cost. These guys have never let me down and I would definately recommend them.”

“Euro Car Parts is an anomaly among retailers. They offer a great range at great prices, particularly if you buy online. However, the collection process in their Crawley branch is generally a nightmare. My recent order took under 2 minutes to select and pay for online, but popping in to collect that order can take 30 minutes or more, even if there is only one other customer in front of you. There’s only ever one member of staff serving and the whole process takes forever. I can only guess that they prioritise there deliveries to trade customers over walk ins and online collections. Screwfix in comparison is like a breath of fresh air.”
