“Part was in stock and with me the next day. Fitted as it should. However, one star knocked off as a part like this should have come with replacement bolts, so I wasted an hour driving around to try and find some.”

“Reasonable price for engine oil and oil filter. Fast delivery. Unfortunately order was delivered and placed in outside storage bin and as no notification made I didn't know the delivery had taken place. So I complained and it was sorted out. But for 7 days order was sitting in storage bin in my garden without me knowing. If I had known a delivery had taken place I would have looked earlier. My complaint was dealt with pleasantly and quickly.”

“I recently purchased brake pads and discs from Euro Car Parts and was very pleased with the overall experience. The parts were competitively priced and easy to find on their website, and the ordering process was straightforward. When the items arrived, they were well packaged and exactly as described. The quality of the brake pads and discs looks excellent, and after fitting them the braking performance feels smooth and reliable. Everything fitted perfectly without any issues. “Click & Collect and still had to wait for 20 mins to pick up sump plug washers! Only one person in front of me. Other members of staff milling about but only one bloke seeing to customers. Seems to be an ongoing thing I had the same problem at the Slough store.”
