“I've used Euro Car Parts before. I always find their website easy to use and, if I find what I need, the ordering is easy. Prices are good and the service is excellent. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. That's why ECP are one of my 'go to first' places to shop for not only car parts but what I'd also call DIY bits.”

“Guy on the Kirkcaldy desk had an awful attitude. No Hi, didnt hear me out as to why I was even there (wrong part provided), wouldnt take the order number from me... Heard the woman behind me say to her partner how rude he's been to her previously when he was through the back collecting the order. Everyone has a bad day, which is fine, but seems this is a bit more rooted than that... rotten experience.”

“Got what I needed at reasonable prices, shame the staff don't know when there is a price change as I was overcharged albeit only by 18p. Couldn't be bothered to wait for the refund as shop so busy.”

“I recently bought a fog light from Euro Car Parts, but when I received it, the light bulb was already fused and not working. I expected a brand new, working product, but this was clearly faulty. I tried to contact customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful. Really disappointed — I’ve always trusted Euro Car Parts, but this experience has made me think twice before ordering again.”
