“I'm extremely disappointed with Euro Car Parts. They supplied the wrong parts for my vehicle, which wasted my time and money. What's even more frustrating is that when I tried to return the incorrect parts, they refused to accept the fault. The customer service team seemed uninterested in resolving the issue or providing any form of compensation. The lack of quality control and customer care is appalling. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their car parts needs. Until they improve their quality and customer service, I wouldn't recommend Euro Car Parts to anyone.”

“I purchased oil for my car and paid for the next day delivery but it didn't even come within the time slot I was given. I contacted the customer services and was told that several colleagues had rung in sick so every thing was running behind. I was told that I was being refunded for the delivery and that the oil was going to arrive the next morning. The oil arrived the following day at 8:30am. So this is a reasonably good review.”

“Needed parts quickly and the local branch had them in stock. The comms back on email failed to give me confirmation, however going on all other sales confirmation I went to the store and the staff confirmed stock and payment had been made so all was good 👍 customers car sorted on time so every ones happy 🙏🏻”
