“The Slough branch is very poor on there customer services. Long queues of people waiting up to 40 minutes to be served by only 1 person serving at the till area. This young chap serving is great but looks overworked whilst his colleagues are sitting at the back doing nothing in-store! You can hear them laughing at the back when this young chap goes back and forth collecting people's orders. Part of my order was incorrect I suppose with this poor chap running around like a headless chicken so I had to visit the same branch a few days later with the same poor young chap at the till area with a long queue again of nearly 1 hour this time to resolve my problem. Euro car parts as a company is great for car parts but customer services at the Slough branch is non existent for there staff!! Buyer Beware!!!”

“Staffs are not friendly they had discount offer for online shopping but the discount code was not working and there is showing no problem you can get your discount in the shop.but when i was there they said we can't do that this is for only online orders i asked her i do online but discount code was not working and there is also mentioned you can get your discount in the store but she said No.”

“Refunded twice on a battery ordered which was in stock one ofvthe staff at Euro car parts told me they dont deliver to Northern Ireland but when you go online check locations there's 2 euro car parts in Northern Ireland”

“I entered my reg number and ordered front brake disc for my ford galaxy for click and collect from the Luton branch. I asked for them to confirm they were the correct ones for my vehicle before I left. I discovered they were the wrong ones after I had started to dismantle my vehicle. I returned to the branch the following day and asked the same member of staff what had gone wrong. He apologised and he himself said the website was rubbish and gave me the correct ones after checking on the "manufacturers recommendation" Not good enough really.”

“No problem with the new battery, very fair price. However, I paid in advance for click and collect but I shouldn't have bothered, still had to queue up and wait behind people returning goods for refund. Always the same at Croydon.”

“Placed an order for collect and collect, assuming I’d be able to collect it on the weekend as it was advertised on their website. Realised once I got to the store that it wouldn’t be there till Monday. I asked to cancel the order and was told I’d be able to do so on Monday. I called early hours on Monday to cancel my order and get a refund which I was told was fine. A week had passed and I was still receiving emails to collect my order which I had presumably cancelled. I called again and was advised by whoever I spoke to that he would cancel it as it hadn’t been done. It’s been two weeks now and I have still not got my £100 back!”
