“We needed a screen washer pump for our Peugeot 208 in a hurry and was very pleased that our local branch had one in stock and at a fair price. We reserved it on line and collected it in 20 minutes. A perfect fit as well. Excellet service - Thank you.”

“Poor to be fair, purchased discs and pads and website said all available to be collected on the day, arrived and the email said to be collected in 3 days time, still went in and up to the counter, had to pay double what I’d already paid because that was the only discs they had on the shelf, pads were fine. This was Sunday the 8th of march, I was told a refund (for discs that weren’t there) would be Tuesday the 12th latest, I’ve been back down to the branch in person and reassured the refund would be by that date also - it’s now the 19th and I’ve not had it.”

“I ordered the part online over the weekend and was informed it would be ready for me to collect on the Monday. I went to collect it late Monday afternoon and was informed that for some reason it had not been processed and would be available till following day. When I said that I would not possibly able to collect till following weekend i was informed that you would try to hold for me. After that I received emails from you explaining that it was only possible to hold till the Friday so I never collected item and ordered from elsewhere.”

“Ordered a battery on next day delivery. Was never given a 1hr slot as promised, 2 days later still no sign of battery - customer service were as helpful as they could be but unfortunately no one seemed to know what was going on and despite being promised someone would be in touch no one ever was. Eventually called up to cancel order and was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 days. It has now been over a week and I've still not been refunded.”

“I ordered a Flymo lawnmower… not car parts! Surprised it was available from Euro Car Parts It was the cheapest price I could find locally. I was delighted with the service I received. I can’t answer questions about delivery as I collected it!”
